PARISH REGISTRATION FORM

Please pick up your registration card at the church office located in the administrative building, next to the church. Be sure to indicate whether or not you wish to contribute online or if you wish to receive envelopes for weekly contributions.

Feel free to call the office, 860-633-3317 and a registration card can be left in the large mailbox outside the office for your convenience. Thank you.
